  - Upgraded to Revit 2010 format.  Changes include:
    - OmniClass value added
    - Defined exactly one type in the family, to help indicated if the Type Catalog wasnt used properly:
            "INVALID TYPE - Use Load Family and Type Catalog Instead"
    - Clearance volume changed to green (easier to see in Revit interference checks)
    - Set materials "Render Appearance" settings to create better images when the model is rendered
    - Material names better conform to the Revit Model Content Style Guide
    - Product Page URL parameter added for conformance to the Revit Model Content Style Guide
    - "URL" parameter value conforms better to Revit Model Content Style Guide 
    - To reduce load on Revit, web link parameters were changed to Type parameters
    - To improve usage for system design purposes, parameters such as those for capacities, temperatures, power values and others were changed to Instance parameters
